The first thing you could do is posting some of your works in the forums for feedback and for the people know about you. Being active, gaining EXP and helping with reviews of other artists works will give you slowly more attention and more people following your content. I wish you luck improving your skills with animation, be costant practicing it and using the correct tools and in no time you will be an expert!
